This agreement will be honored at the Black-eyed Susan home store.
● To qualify, the following must be submitted and attached to this agreement: tax ID number, copy of resale certificate, copy of business license and business card.
● If your firm has multiple designers, each designer must complete the agreement.
● Designers will not be eligible for the trade discount or receive tax exempt status without a completed agreement.
● The trade discount is not valid with any other offer, purchase of gift cards, shipping, or on any clearance merchandise.
● The named designer must be present with their client when merchandise is selected and at the time the order is placed; otherwise the sale will not receive the trade discount. The designer may do the selection process alone, but their client may not.
● The trade discount amount will be applied to all orders according to the To the Trade Program. The named designer must be on the client’s Sales Order Form in order to receive the discount.
● Orders taken will be delivered according to the manufacturer’s schedule; “delayed deliveries” will not be accepted. Merchandise will not be held longer than 30 days without payment in full.
● All orders are subject to Black-eyed Susan’s payment terms and policies.
● Black-eyed Susan reserves the right to cancel the To the Trade Program at its discretion.
