Once your order is placed, you will receive email updates as we receive them. You may contact our To The Trade specialist at any time with questions.
After your order has been placed, we can ship the pieces to a receiver of your choice for you to manage or we can use our receiver and manage the delivery for you. We also offer white glove delivery when needed.
Custom orders of any kind are not returnable unless damaged. We accept returns on items purchased from our showroom floor. They must be returned within 7 days, undamaged and in the condition they were purchased in.
Yes! You always have access to our extensive library of fabric and finish samples at the design studio or we can order and ship them directly to you. We do not loan out our memos or books, so please allow time for delivery. If we are charged for memos we pass the cost on to you.
